Milestone IT is working with a leading organisation seeking a proactive and customer-focused Level 1 & 2 Microsoft Engineer. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong technical skills with excellent communication and a passion for delivering outstanding user support. What you’ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring a positive and professional experience for end users. Providing Level 1 & 2 support across Microsoft environments, both remotely and onsite. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a clear and approachable manner. Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and related Microsoft platforms. Clearly documenting issues, solutions, and communicating updates with stakeholders. What we’re looking for: Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to explain technical issues in simple, user-friendly language. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory. Exposure to Intune, Teams, Exchange, and networking fundamentals is highly desirable. Previous experience in a Level 1 or 2 support/helpdesk role. A team player with patience, empathy, and strong customer service orientation.
