We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to work with our multidisciplinary healthcare team, who is passionate about assessing, planning, and implementing individualised nutrition care to help patients heal, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall health.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and provide individualised nutrition care to patients.
* Work as a member of a healthcare team and effectively communicate with colleagues.
* Effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload across a regional area.
* Develop and implement evidence-based practice relevant to clinical discipline.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for membership of a professional dietetic association.
* Demonstrated effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team and effectively communicate with colleagues.
* Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain it.
