ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Disability Support Workers experienced in delivering and overseeing the implementation of scheduled NDIS supports aimed at maximising the independent living, social and recreational skills and capacity of people with disability living in SIL accommodation.

Desired Qualifications
* Qualification in Disability, Community Services or similar
Key Responsibilities
* To provide high quality, person centred supports to NDIS participants in a home/residential or recreational setting
* Provide support to people with disabilities which help to build independence and capacity and increase their participation in activities, tasks, and outings in the community
* Administration, report writing and compliance responsibilities
* Contribute to a positive team culture
* Compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act

CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types, we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business.
