Customer Field Technician I – Bendigo

Location: Bendigo. Permanent, full‐time position.
Responsibilities
You will work autonomously in customer premises and be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
* Installation of copper and fibre cabling, including jointing, jumpering and splicing.
* Installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE.
Typical working hours are 7 am to 7 pm, with a flexible work environment.
Qualifications
* Experience in communication cabling or electrical background, or transferable skills from similar fields.
* Exceptional customer service skills, honesty, integrity and self‐management.
* Strong, personable communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Current and clean driver's licence.
* Full working rights in Australia.
Pre‐employment: Criminal history check and pre‐employment medical assessment required.
