At Sparkways, we value the Co-educator and Diploma roles equally, and there is no differences in seniority. There are some small differences in duties, and, unfortunately, due to funding, there is a small difference in the hourly rate. Fraser Rise - Plumpton Kindergarten
Red Group - Coeducator (Cert III minimum hours per week, Roster - Mon, Wed & Fri am to 2.45 pm - $26.74 per hour and paid time off during term breaks
Orange Group - Coeducator (Cert III minimum hours per week, Roster - Tue & Thu am to 4.30 pm + 2 hrs on another day for planning - up to $26.74 per hour and paid time off during term breaks
Green Group - Coeducator (Cert III minimum hours per week, Roster - Tue & Thu am to 4.30 pm + 2 hrs planning on another day - up to $26.74 per hour and paid time off during term breaks

Break Covers
Short shifts in the middle of the day - 2 to 3 hours per shift - combine with relief work on other days, or your work in OHSC
