We're seeking an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to join a Government Department for a 12-month contract.
This role is pivotal in delivering programs that strengthen leadership, enhance organisational effectiveness, and support cultural initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
About the Role
As an Organisational Development Consultant, you'll design and deliver impactful programs that foster leadership development, capability building, and employee engagement.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to implement initiatives that shape culture and drive organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver development programs aligned with organisational goals and leadership frameworks.
Design, coordinate, and facilitate training on leadership, culture, and organisational effectiveness.
Support cultural transformation and employee engagement strategies.
Manage OD projects end-to-end, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.
Administer and advise on Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone or similar).
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in leadership development and capability building.
Strong background in cultural transformation and employee engagement.
Skilled facilitator using interactive, adult-learning methodologies.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing OD projects.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate outcomes and drive improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Training & Assessment, or related field (post-grad desirable).
Professional certifications (e.g., coaching, Hogan) and AHRI membership advantageous.
