We are seeking applications for a Receptionist to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of employment are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with an immediate start.
The Receptionist will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support activities critical to the efficient day to day running of the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide both telephone and in person customer service to customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Create job tasks in cloud-based job management system AroFlo.
- Data entry and updating filing systems (paper based and electronic).
- Perform accounts receivable tasks using Xero.
- Book‑keeping experience (preferred).
Qualifications
- Previous experience within an administration position, preferably in a service environment.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English skills and possess the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients.
- Proficient with computers including MS Office Suite and a valuable typing ability with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Possess a high attention to detail.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
