As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced General Insurance Brokers to join our teams in Brisbane and Adelaide.
The position:
* Ability to write new business, renewals and endorsements
* Ability to network and build relationships with stakeholders
* Manage leads from joint venture partners
* Build rapport with new clients and maintain strong working relationships
* Advise clients on appropriate insurance cover based on their needs
* Negotiate insurance policies with insurers
The ideal candidate:
* At least 2 years experience in the insurance industry (Tier 1 required)
* Proven track record in a sales environment
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Meet sales targets and earn monthly commissions
* Develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Attention to detail
* Highly Drive, Self-motivated
* Positive can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with SCTP and Sunrise system is an advantage
* Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
