The Role
As a senior site planner / scheduler, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the master schedule for construction and commissioning elements of the project, along with coordinating progress meetings to ascertain weekly progress. You will oversee the project progress update from the 'WBS / QMR' work breakdown and quantity management report enabling the schedule update using Primavera P6. In addition, you will be required to prepare and issue weekly/ monthly project reporting elements to the client.
The role will require excellent communication and organisation skills to report progress and correctly guarantee the project delivery on time and within the budget.
About You
Computer literacy and competent in Primavera P6 is essential.
Monitor and coordinate stages of the construction and commissioning phases
Prepare the weekly Quality Manhour Reports (QHR) by liaising with all contributing parties
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads
Effective communication skills including the ability to engage with stakeholders, supervisors, and managers
Previous scheduling / planning experience essential
Previous construction and commissioning project experience is essential
