Manager Quasi Judicial Services
Permanent, full‐time position. Salary: Level 6, $120,457 – $132,753 p.a. plus 12% Super, PSCSAA 2024.
Location: Magistrates Court of Western Australia.

About the Role
The Manager Quasi‐Judicial Services presides over and manages the quasi‐judicial services that support the Magistrates Court at Perth, including:
* Pre‐Trial Conferences and mediations
* Applications pursuant to the Civil Judgments Enforcement Act 2004 and the Residential Tenancies Act 1987, in Court and ex‐parte
* Applications pursuant to the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Act 2004 and associated rules
* Taxation and assessment of costs
* Objections to jurisdictions
The Manager also provides specialist support to staff to increase their knowledge, skills and abilities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience managing teams
* Knowledge of and experience in court practices and procedures
* Ability to interpret and apply legislation
* Experience with Registrar functions of the Magistrates Court (preferred)
