An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced clinician and Operational Manager, to work as part of the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service to lead and support our adult community Mental Health teams and services.
About the Role
The Service Manager participates as a member of the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service management team and is responsible for: the effective and efficient management of all teams within Adult Community Mental health service; guiding the delivery of optimal recovery focused and strengths based consumer care, through collaborative partnerships with other teams, services and organisations involvement in strategic planning, project development and continuous improvement of practice standards and services.

Selection Criteria
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration, Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration, Social Worker eligible for registration with AASW, Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
* Ability to manage and direct the delivery of services in a complex mental health setting.
* Extensive experience and knowledge of contemporary issues and priorities in mental health services.
* Demonstrated skills in clinical leadership, performance review and supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Ability to perform complex and critical discipline specific clinical worker with a high level of professional knowledge and by exercising substantial professional judgement.
