Injury & Rehabilitation Advisor | $600/day + Super | Parramatta | Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Injury & Rehabilitation Advisor to join a large, well-established organisation delivering essential services across Greater Sydney.
This is a great opportunity to manage end-to-end injury management and return-to-work programs within a supportive Safety & Wellbeing team.
What's on offer
Contract until August 2026 - could be extended
Hybrid working (60% office / 40% flexible)
Immediate start available (pending reference checks and police check)
Key responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of work and non-work related injury cases
* Coordinate return-to-work and rehabilitation programs
* Liaise with medical providers, insurers and internal stakeholders
* Conduct workplace and ergonomic assessments
* Support managers with injury management processes and guidance
* Drive early intervention strategies to support recovery outcomes
About you
* Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or related Allied Health field
* AHPRA registration
* Accredited Return to Work / Rehabilitation Coordinator
* Strong knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation
* Experience managing workplace rehabilitation and injury cases
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
