Education and Learning Program Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our education and volunteer program.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Create innovative and engaging educational programs that meet the needs of our target audience
* Coordinate the Shrine volunteer program to ensure it runs smoothly and effectively
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools, community groups, and government agencies
* Requirements:
* Degree in Education, Teaching, or Museum Studies
* Proven experience in team management, program development, and volunteer coordination
* Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to operate under pressure with limited supervision
* Empathy for the Shrine's objectives
