We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our team.
**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, repairs and improvements at our facility. This includes changing light bulbs, unclogging sinks and toilets, moving furniture, hanging picture frames, replacing leaking and damaged taps, cleaning aircon filters, emptying bins and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily maintenance tasks, including repairs and improvements
- Assist with waste removal and bin management
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance staff
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
**Requirements:**
- Physically fit and able to perform daily tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Current driver's license and reliable transport
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Basic tools as a Handyperson/Maintenance Officer
**Work Arrangements:**
- 8 hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Immediate start available
