The Role
* Enter new & update existing employees onto payroll systems as per employment contracts.
* Assist with payroll and EOY reconciliations.
* Reconcile weekly PAYG tax payments.
* Maintain current award updates and payroll adjustments.
* Prepare, calculate and reconcile weekly and monthly payments for wage and salary‑based staff.
* Calculate and process termination payments for employees.
* Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
* Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed.
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
* Previous demonstrated experience in a payroll position.
* Relevant qualifications in Payroll or similar is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Working knowledge of EBA interpretation, FWA, and ATO relevant legislation.
* Strong focus on delivering a high level of customer service.
* Previous experience with SAP / Success Factors is highly desirable.
