Job Description
Location: Department of Medical Imaging Division of Allied Health Mackay Hospital and Health Service The Mackay Base Hospital have an opportunity available for a Clinical Director to join their Medical Imaging Department on a Permanent Full-Time basis (80 hrs p.f.).

About the Department
The Medical Imaging Department is located on the ground floor of the E-Block at Mackay Base Hospital and delivers a range of services including General Radiography, Computed Tomography, Ultrasound, Intervention, Fluoroscopy, Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Theatre II.
The service includes remote rural reporting for MHHS rural sites, including CT services at Proserpine and Bowen.
The Medical Imaging team is staffed with 5 radiologists, 4 sonographers, 4 FTE consultants, 1.5 FTE STP funded RANZCR trainees and 2 FTE unaccredited registrars.
MBH Medical Imaging is a RANZCR accredited training site, with rotating trainee registrars through Queensland Radiology training Network.
