We are looking for a System Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable fintech products. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions, design system integrations, and ensure seamless communication between mobile applications and backend services. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of our products throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Your Future Responsibilities Await:
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to gather, clarify, and formalize technical requirements
* Analyze and model system workflows, and data interactions
* Create and maintain detailed documentation: specifications, use cases, data flow diagrams, and API definitions
* Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with system architecture and business goals
* Own and support tasks throughout the development lifecycle - from initial scoping to final release
* Support QA during testing and validate solutions against requirements
* Assist the support team in analyzing and diagnosing bugs reported by users or internal teams
What we expect from candidate:
* 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or as a QA/Software Developer (but you must demonstrate that you have at least partially performed analytical responsibilities)
* Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (e.g., RESTful APIs, messaging queues, data synchronization...)
* Understanding of microservice architecture and databases
* Familiarity with mobile app development specifics (e.g., platform constraints, API communication, versioning)
* Strong problem‐solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving integration and system issues
* Experience in fintech is a strong plus
* English at B2 level or higher (sufficient for technical documentation and internal communication)
