Our client is a leading NFP that offers digitally focused services around enhancing mental health and mindfulness.
With over 10 years of experience, they are continuing to see an increase in demand for their services and so are looking for a digital performance marketer or growth marketer to drive a new campaign.
The Role
Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for the creation, continuous review, analysis, reporting, and optimisation of a new digital campaign.
With strategy provided by the CGO, they are looking for an autonomous and strategic individual to bring the vision to light, with a desired result of increased lead generation.
This is atemporaryrole startingASAPfor 4 months minimum with potential to extend.
This is aPART TIMEposition - working1 day per week- flexibility on hours and day, either in office or from home is suitable once briefed.
Duties
Some of your duties will include:
Translate the strategy into live campaigns across multiple channels: YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Search/Display, Spotify etc.
Optimise channel roles to Reach, Engage, Consider and Capture target audiences including continuous review, analysis and providing recommendations for improvement
Maintain a weekly dashboard covering: delivery, engagement, demand, sales by geo/role/channel/creative.
Work with Content & Design, CGO, Sales & CX on demo calendars, proposals, onboarding handover, and success metrics, ensuring the campaign is supporting conversion
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate youmusthave:
Previous experience in a similar Growth Marketing, Digital Performance Marketing role -essential, 3 years minimum
Have a strategic yet hands on mindset
