Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of a market leading loyalty proposition to drive growth in customers, deposits and Bank of Choice
* Deliver on the strategic roadmap and evolution of the Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program, NAB Goodies
* Support the planning, testing, design and execution of the loyalty proposition to reward and recognise priority customer segments, including managing and engaging Personal Bank key stakeholders to align and deliver on success
* Develop pricing, commercial modelling, customer value and differentiating features and rewards
* Ensure the proposition meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability and technical feasibility
* Lead engagement with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success
Qualifications
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Program coupled with experience in driving ideas and innovation, customer strategy and execution
* Financial modelling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills
* Demonstrated experience in Agile Ways of Working
* Experience engaging and influencing a wide array of senior stakeholders, with a high degree of business acumen, and the ability to stress test plans and strategies
* Preferred experience in Financial Services or P&L management
