What you'll do: We're seeking a Commercial Strategy Business Partner to join our Pharmacy and Retail team in a high-impact, growth-focused role.
You'll lead strategic initiatives, deliver actionable insights and collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Merchandise, eCommerce and Supply Chain to solve complex challenges, unlock new opportunities and drive commercial excellence.
In this role, you will: Lead strategic projects and workstreams that tackle key business problems.
Develop robust commercial and financial analyses to support high-stakes decisions.
Monitor market trends and identify competitive threats and growth opportunities.
Support the development of business unit strategies and corporate planning initiatives.

What you'll bring: Proven experience in an M&A, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or Business Development role.
Experience in defining, running and delivering strategic analyses independently or as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to provide value-adding strategy and commercial advice to senior management.
Critical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams.
Tertiary qualification in commerce, law or a related discipline, with a consistently outstanding academic record.
