Job Summary
The People Partner is an employee‑focused role that works closely with Accenture employees to support and develop their careers. The role provides ongoing high‑touch, high‑value support to a group of employees through meaningful face‑to‑face and virtual conversations. People Partners are culture champions of change who drive ANZ’s key mindsets and behaviors, support career‑development discussions, coaching, staffing, training, and performance. They also help employees navigate the organization, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with the broader HR team.
Key Objectives
* Individual coaching & guidance – support staff with staffing assignments, performance goals, and skill rotation.
* Engagement initiatives – maintain awareness of employee satisfaction programs and drive retention results.
* Use data insights – leverage digital people dashboards for meaningful conversations.
* Support scheduling – balance business priorities with individual needs and chargeability.
* Communicate people/skill availability – drive timely scheduling and resource optimisation.
* Collaborate with leadership, HRBPs, and recruiters to optimise talent deployment.
* Assist in coaching, résumé preparation, and system accuracy.
* Review metrics to eliminate staffing barriers.
* Provide updates on performance achievement and timelines.
* Guide employees in redeployment and engage with recruitment.
* Advise on complex policy questions and manage non‑complex conduct issues.
* Present at orientation and liaise with offshore analytics for HR reporting optimisation.
