The Support Worker plays a vital role in our team, responsible for delivering personalized support and assistance to residents under the guidance of our senior clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
]
* Provide daily living support to assist residents maintain their independence and dignity.
]
* Assist with meal preparation and delivery as required.
]
* Record observations on assessment charts and document any exceptions in the care plan or progress notes, reporting to the EN/RN as necessary.
]
* Check residents' daily menu requirements.
]
* Undertake duties as allocated or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward tasks.
]
]
Requirements:
]
* Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
]
* Relevant Certificate III qualification.
]
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
]
* Experience in residential aged care.
]
* Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
]
]
