Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the container freight space.
* Build and manage a strong, well-qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and targeted prospecting.
* Lead product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, articulating value and ROI for clients.
* Manage end-to-end deal cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry partners.

* Experience selling into containerised freight, port, or transport operators.
* Strong understanding of logistics software technology platforms (TMS, TOS, VBS, optimisation tools).
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
