Handy Person / Maintenance Officer Required for Established Facilities Maintenance Company.
Your new company
An established facilities maintenance company has an immediate requirement for 3 x Handy Persons and Carpenters to carry out repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of retail sites across the Sydney Metro area.
Your new role
You will be carrying out all-round maintenance which will include carpentry, minor plumbing, replacing lamps, painting / patching, replacing bollards, changing ceiling tiles, client liaison, general reporting, quoting, ad-hoc maintenance and other related duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Handy Person position, you must have a current NSW driving licence, previous all-round building maintenance experience, good customer service skills, good presentation and basic computer skills.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for an established company within an established team of maintenance staff who are offering the rate of $80,000 - $85,000 + super, company vehicle, phone and overtime within an excellent working environment.
