Position Details:
* Role: Permanent Full time and Part time Medical Receptionist (Wed, Thurs and Friday availability required for part time)
* Hours: Between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
* Clinic Locations: Morningside, Springwood, Upper Mount Gravatt, Carina and Capalaba (rotating schedule)
Your Role:
As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that patients encounter first. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and compassionate patient care
* Efficiently managing appointments to enhance clinic efficiencyBuilding strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers
* Be the welcoming first point of contact in our Upper Mount Gravatt bookings centre, supporting patients by scheduling appointments and answering their enquiries
Key Qualifications:
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities for managing appointments and patient flow
* Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
