This role will play a key part in ensuring change is effectively embedded, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and adoption.
The Role is within NSW State Government
You will lead end-to-end change activities across a complex transformation environment, working closely with project teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver Change Management Plans
* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities
* Lead stakeholder engagement and communications
* Deliver training needs analysis and support materials
* Drive business readiness and transition planning
* Monitor adoption metrics and benefits realisation
* Provide reporting on change progress, risks, and outcomes
About You
You are a hands‐on Change Manager with strong delivery experience across complex programs.
* Background across systems, process, and organisational change
* Experience with Prosci / ADKAR or similar methodologies
* Ability to engage stakeholders from frontline through to executive level
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Experience in government or regulated environments (highly regarded)
