Do you love customer service and enjoy helping people do their best work?
Bidfood Richlands is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and support our much-loved customer service team. As the first point of contact for chefs, cafés, restaurants and caterers who order from us every day, this team is central to how our customers experience Bidfood.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll make sure calls are answered, orders are processed, problems are solved and your team feel supported while they do it. About you
You have a background in foodservice, warehousing or telesales and you know what it takes to deliver great service in a busy environment. You're approachable, organised and people naturally look to you for guidance. You balance structure with empathy, bringing out the best in your team by listening, encouraging and holding people accountable.
Calm under pressure, you set the tone when things get busy. Your professionalism helps the team stay focused and deliver outstanding service and you take pride in the reputation that comes with leading well. At the same time, you value balance outside of work and understand that people perform best when they feel supported.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
