We are currently looking for dedicated and committed Personal Care Workers to work with aged care facilities in Ipswich.

What is the opportunity?
As a Personal Care Worker (PCW), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:
Creating a welcoming, skilled, and supportive care experience
Providing personal care assistance with daily living
Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
Building relationships with our residents and visitors
Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
A team player who enjoys having FUN at work

We offer a rate above awards with a base pay rate level of $36.83 to $40.18 per hour excluding penalty rates and superannuation.
Flexible working hours.

*Starting pay level will depend on length of aged care experience
What we need from you:
Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
COVID-19 vaccinations with Booster
Current Flu Shot
Preferrably with prior work experience at aged care facilities
Available for AM and PM shifts.
