Business Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Assistant to support seamless operations and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare clear pricing and ensure accurate rates for customer portal access.
* Utilize required systems and applications to create timely quotations.
* Source products through preferred vendors to secure strong commercial outcomes.
* Coordinate order ETAs, communicate with customers, and escalate issues as needed.
* Support purchasing and inventory flow by assisting with orders and collaborating closely with Logistics.
* Manage customer and vendor returns, maintain customized processes, and respond promptly to enquiries.
* Deliver tailored reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements include previous administrative experience, advanced computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, high accuracy, and business acumen.
