MBSNT is a growing mechanical services company specialising in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of large commercial mechanical systemsacross Darwin and the Northern Territory.
We work on major commercial buildings and facilities, delivering reliable mechanical solutions and high-quality workmanship. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled technician to join our team.
We are primarily seeking a skilled installation technician, however we also encourage experienced service technicians to apply. We are also open to employing a qualified electrician who is interested in completing a refrigeration and air conditioning apprenticeship and developing their career in the mechanical services industry.

About the Role
You will work across a range of commercial and defence sites carrying out installation, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with a skilled team on significant commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems on project sites
Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
Coordinating and managing site work to meet project timelines and quality standards
Ordering materials and organising equipment required for upcoming works
Liaising with builders, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
Identifying and resolving installation issues or delays proactively
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
Working effectively within a motivated team environment
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in commercial HVAC / mechanical services, particularly installations
Or is an experienced service technician in the industry
Or is a qualified electrician interested in completing a refrigeration apprenticeship
Takes pride in high-quality workmanship
Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Is reliable, motivated, and professional
