We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join our team.
About the Role:
- Position based in Cammeray
- Afternoon starts required: 1pm/2pm - 10pm
- Immediate start available
- Monday to Friday, afternoon shifts only
- Perfect for someone with a couple of years' pastry experience who is confident with the basics
- Hands-on role preparing a variety of pastries and desserts in a supportive kitchen environment
- High-volume, consistent production of cakes and pastries
- Maintain excellent hygiene standards and a clean, organized kitchen
Requirements:
- Formal pastry qualification (Cert III Patisserie or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years' pastry experience in a professional kitchen
- Good knowledge of pastry fundamentals (doughs, creams, sponges, tarts, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow
