We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Care Leader to join our dedicated Help at Home team and play a key role in shaping safe, effective, and holistic clinical care across our home care programs.
This pivotal position requires a passionate and experienced clinical leader who can lead with empathy and purpose—supporting, mentoring, and empowering a regional team to deliver excellent client outcomes.
Job Description:
* Provide clinical supervision, support, and mentoring to nursing and care staff
* Lead implementation of clinical care strategies and risk management plans
* Promote best-practice care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and client-centred outcomes
* Manage a small caseload of Home Care Package clients
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, experience in mentoring or supervising multidisciplinary teams, and a sound knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP Guidelines, and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
Benefits:
* A competitive hourly rate in the range of $55.00 - $58.57 per hour, based upon experience and qualifications
* A vehicle allowance of $10,500 per annum or the option of a fully maintained vehicle

What You'll Bring:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated leadership in clinical practice within aged care or community settings
* Experience mentoring or supervising multidisciplinary teams
* Sound knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP Guidelines, and the Aged Care Quality Standards
