Great opportunity for an ambitious, experienced Finance Manager to join a fast growing commercial services business, and support the CFO in the further growth of the organisation. With the business poised for future growth - both organically and through acquisition, the CFO needs an experienced Finance Manager / Controller to manage the day to day activities. The company operates within Australia and NZ, and is a profitable, well established client base with very real plans for further growth in the next 3- 5 years.
The Role
* Consolidation of all end of month processing and drive month end close
* Good systems / ERP knowledge and review of financial statements / liaison with the auditors
* Prior M&A work highly regarded
* Strong budgeting / forecasting / analysis experience
* Supervision / mentoring of 2 - 4 accounts assistants
About You
The successful applicant will be / have : CA / CPA qualification. on and deadline driven. to pick up processes quickly. verbal and written communication skills the first instance, please apply to this role ASAP.
