We are also accepting Le Cordon Bleu students for their Industry Placement and subsequent employment.
**Job Role**: 
You will work alongside our Head Baker to produce fresh cupcakes, cakes and brownies daily. You will learn the details of running BOH and a kitchen. You will get involved in most areas of production.
Shifts start at 6am and finish approximately midday.
Pay starts at $25 per hour depending on previous experience.
**Required Attributes**: 
Have basic cake decorating skills (cake masking, piping, etc).
Have experience of working with Buttercream and Ganache.
You must be well presented with good communication skills.
You are reliable, kind, friendly and pride yourself on having high standards and achieving great results.
You should have the appropriate Food Safety and Hygiene standards certification.
You will have good spoken and written English
**Details**: 
Minimum three days per week commitment, including one weekend morning.
