About this Role:
We are seeking a collaborative team player to join our large credit control team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly motivated with a great attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocating and processing payments
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Processing customer claims, investigating discrepancies and disputes
* Enforcing policies relating to the credit hold process
* Reporting as required
