Administrative coordinator – ministry assistant

* Manage day-to-day operations, administrative and financial systems, and ensure an environment where ministry can flourish.
* Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, MEB accounts, monthly reporting, and maintain church records.
* Assist with communication and documentation for the Pastors, Board, Treasurer, and Secretary.
* Coordinate contractors, support pastoral care systems, manage venue bookings, and handle insurance and risk management.
