Job Description
We are seeking an experienced collections professional to join our Asset Finance Collections team.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in protecting our exposure by carrying out debt recovery activities while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
* Manage the collections activity on a portfolio of Asset Finance clients, including issuing arrears notices and letters of demand.
* Handle client account status queries and coordinate the resolution of payment defaults and late payments.
* Assist in possible legal action against delinquent clients and manage risk by escalating accounts where there are concerns about collectability.
* Monitor and report on client arrears and assist the wider operations team as required.

* Previous experience in customer services, debt recovery, or collections.
