As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for spearheading our real estate division, driving revenue growth, and mentoring a high-performing team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of sales consultants.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners.
* Drive collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations to maximise outcomes.
* Deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and business insights to senior management.
* Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and high-level client meetings.
* Ensure all sales practices comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Preferred Majors: Marketing, Real Estate Management, Architecture, or related fields.
Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Work Experience: 5–7 years' experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated Success in Leading and Motivating Sales Teams to Consistently Achieve Targets.
Strong Strategic Thinking and Business Development Acumen.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Management Skills.
In-depth Knowledge of the Property Market.
Management Experience: Experience managing a sales team of over 10 people.
Event Experience: Experience hosting real estate events such as roadshows, client appreciation banquets, presentations, or property tours is preferred.
