Our client is a multi-national leader in the pump industry and is looking to take on a Service Technician, working in both the workshop and out on the road with their clients. They are looking for either a trade qualified individual, or a Service Technician with a Disconnect and Reconnect ticket that is eager to use their existing knowledge of pumps to build their career. They are eager to take on people that want a good work life balance as this role has no on-call or shiftwork.

Responsibilities:
* Servicing and repairing pumps both onsite with clients and in the workshop.
* Engaging with external stakeholders to ensure that needs are met.
* Grow your knowledge set with continuous training.
* Work autonomously and effectively, ensuring prompt service.
Your Profile
* Experience with either pumps directly, or with hydraulics or rotational equipment.
* Restricted QLD Electrical licence (disconnect/Reconnect)
* A full Electrical licence would be advantageous.
* Forklift licence or willingness to obtain.
* Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone to assist clients needing support.
