Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our high-performing team. This role involves leading a regional area, including the towns of Mt Gambier, Naracoorte, Bordertown, and surrounds.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of part-time direct reports and mentor them for success.
* Execute compliance activities and identify incremental opportunities with superior execution.
* Adhere strictly to provided OH & S guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Contribute effectively as a member of the South Australian field team.
* Effectively manage your merchandiser budget to achieve optimal results.
* Liaise with key decision-makers in stores to drive business growth.
The Requirements:
* You will be an energetic and resilient achiever with a strong drive for results.
* SUPERIOR customer focus is essential to challenging the status quo.
* FMC experience is preferred but not essential.
* You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation.
