* Technical Communications: They will create and publish technical service bulletins, review technical publications, and support the development of training videos.
* Customer Relations: They will build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers, and conduct field support visits.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical/software, manufacturing, or automotive) or technical school graduate in relevant fields is required.
* The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience.
* High technical aptitude in areas such as electrical systems, CAN, hydraulics, and hybrid technology is essential.
