Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Officer for our Sydney Admin office in our Sydney Region. In this role, the successful candidate will provide a high‐quality maintenance service, including identifying and carrying out preventative maintenance, repair and improvement works to the facilities, buildings, grounds and equipment in accordance with the day‐to‐day and preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring that the physical environment for residents is neat, comfortable, safe and hazard‐free.
Essential Qualities
* LR Driver's Licence (or working towards)
* A positive can‐do attitude
* Professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner
* Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi‐task
* Ability to work autonomously as well as function as a member of a broader team, with a strong customer service focus
* Self‐starter with excellent time‐management skills to prioritise tight work schedules
* Experience as a general maintenance officer
* Passion for providing quality care to our residents
* Ability to handle any general maintenance request and fix the issue
