The Client: Our client is a boutique office servicing the North West for over 30 years. With a high profile and loyal clientele, this Director is a friendly individual with an approachable nature. We are seeking a Property Manager to manage a neat and tidy portfolio.
The Role: Monday – Friday, we are looking for someone to provide a high level of service for high-end properties in the North-Western suburbs of Sydney. With the right support from an experienced administrator.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of 150 properties
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Conducting repairs and maintenances
- Rental arrears management
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess the following;
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & previous Property Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The desire to learn and succeed
- Extremely organised
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- A valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
