The Operational Excellence Manager is a key role within the Front Office team, responsible for overseeing all hotel operations overnight and ensuring guests receive prompt, professional service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading by example and upholding high standards in daily operations
* Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless Front & Back of House experience
* Supporting Front Office staff in delivering prompt and professional service to guests
* Ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining cashiers float
* Overseeing night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports
