* A minimum of 1 year managing a team in a retail environment for roles below Store Manager
* Retail Managers will have a minimum of 2 years managing a team in a retail environment
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment
* An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for beauty
* Proven ability to drive sales growth
* A focus on operational effectiveness with a strong understanding of back-of-house operations
* The ability to influence, coach, and mentor others while building strong relationships based on trust, empathy, and transparency
