Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with aged care residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
* Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
* Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
Benefits:
* Rate of pay $49.37 + shift Penalties + Super & Leave accruals (dependent on level of experience).
