Responsibilities
Production Worker Responsibilities
* Operating production, assembly or packaging machinery
* Manual handling (up to 15–20kg)
* Quality checking products
* Loading/unloading materials
* General labouring, housekeeping and assisting the production team
Forklift Driver Responsibilities (High Reach & Counterbalance)
* Operating counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts
* Put‐aways, replenishment, pallet movements
* Loading/unloading trucks and containers
* RF scanning and use of WMS (training provided if required)
* General warehouse duties when not on the forklift
Your Profile
Ideal Candidates:
* Experience in production, factory, labouring or similar environments
* Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks
* Strong reliability and work ethic
* Valid LF forklift licence
* Recent high reach and/or counterbalance experience
* Safe operating skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to work both on and off the forklift
