About the role
Crane Paskins Law is seeking a motivated Conveyancer to join our team in Alstonville, NSW. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in providing high-quality legal services to our clients. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property transactions, from contract preparation to settlement.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale, leases, and other legal documents
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
* Conducting property searches and title investigations
* Arranging settlement
* Providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files
What we're looking for
* Experience in a conveyancing role, preferably in a legal or real estate environment
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing laws, regulations, and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
* Proficient in using LEAP and PEXA
* A commitment to providing exceptional client service and attention to detail
