Join to apply for the Construction Manager (Electrical) role at LinkforceWe are seeking a Construction Manager (Electrical) to join awarded Conveyor & Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades Package on the Cape Lambert A High Density Ore (CLAHDO) Project on the Pilbara coast in Western Australia.
The project involves significant electrical, instrumentation and control system upgrades, conveyor drive station upgrades and other infrastructure upgrades.
This presents an opportunity to be based on this milestone project scheduled for completion in August 2026, with further works offered thereafter on alternate projects.THE ROLEWe are currently seeking a Construction Manager (Electrical) to join our existing team on a FIFO roster.
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading team with positive culture demonstrating Linkforce valuesEnsuring project is completed in accordance with client, statutory, quality and safety requirementsIdentifying "smarter" ways to deliverMonitoring procurement and execution to ensure work crews have all, equipment and materials required to conduct works correctly, the first timeBuilding positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors, to ensure new and repeat businessManaging financial health of project ensuring optimal commercial outcomesCapturing all variations from Vendors and in a professional manner, without adversely affecting the relationshipEnsuring contracts are complied with in a professional manner within the required timeframes whilst maintaining positive client relationshipOverseeing all aspects of materials control including receipt, unloading, storage, preservation, picking and issueNotifying the Quality Control of all non-conforming conditionsEnsure that the required materials for execution are available in a timely manner on site so as not to delay any worksABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction leadership roles with strong electrical knowledgeConstruction and/or Project Management qualification is highly desirableStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Project and ExcelPronto and Primavera knowledge would be advantageousExperience in completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipmentThe ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on a projectA current Australian Drivers LicenceIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
