Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and book customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, and travel insurance.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets by selling the entire holiday experience.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Provide expert advice on travel-related questions, from visa requirements to destination guides.

* Excellent organizational skills, including note-taking, calendar management, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth that makes customers want to book with you every time.
* Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems to find the best travel options for customers.
